By Booking with Ugo Artistry you Agree To Our Booking Policies:


All Appointments require a VALID Card on File to secure appointment and deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

All services have a 10 Minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment is subjected to be canceled and charged 50% of a same day cancellation fee or a 100% no call/no show fee. No Call/No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service, you MUST call, text, email or cancel through our booking site before 24 hours of your appointment to avoid fees. Declined cards will result in being banned from future services.

We kindly ask that you cancel in a timely manner as our team relies on clients in order to support their careers and personal lives. Please be kind of our time as we try to give our clients the very best all we ask if that if you have to cancel you give us sufficient notice.

Appointments not cancelled before 24 hours will be billed 50% cancellation & 100% no show fees. By booking you understand and agree that you have read this online policy. All booked appointments are sent a text, email and a confirmation phone call from Ugo Artistry to confirm/remind of your appointment.

Due to the nature of services and intimate environment children and Guests not being serviced are not permitted to wait inside lobby or reception area
