Bookings & Deposits
All appointments require a valid card on file. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. we are a cashless facility.
All bookings are made through our third-party system (Meevo MSi).
Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Cancellations/No-Shows
We understand that things happen.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service
No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled or have their appointment canceled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation fee.
Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, we ask that clients arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
No vaping, strong weed/smoke orders or being under the influence is allowed.
All Sales Final
All services and retail products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, all retail sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Gift Cards
All gift cards, gift certificates, and eGift cards:
Are non-refundable and non-transferable
Expire 3 years from the date of purchase
Have no cash value
Liability & Client Responsibility
All tools, equipment, and treatment areas are properly sanitized between each client. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications prior to their service. Failure to do so may affect treatment outcomes.
By receiving services, clients acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with skincare, waxing, body treatments, and other services. Clients agree to re.

By booking, clients agree to all policies, including applicable fees. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.

UGO Beauty & Artistry may capture photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients who prefer not to be photographed or recorded must notify staff prior to their service.
