ugo artistry policies, terms and conditions

Location: All Spa services will be provided in at 2424 West Mallard Creek Church Rd., Suite G Charlotte, NC 28262. If the Beauty Technician hired is traveling please provide an area where the Beauty Technician can set up with an outlet plug and/or window near by. If the Beauty Technician at any point feels unsafe or is being verbal or physically abused the Beauty Technician has the right to cancel the schedule appointment and leave the location.

Bookings: All bookings must have either a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve appointments OR 50% of service fee deposit to secure your appointment. All bookings are taken on a 3rd party site hosted through Square Appointments. If you need to make a deposit please contanct Ugo Beauty & Artistry for an invoice. Prices & services are subjected to change. All bookings require a deposit to secure appointment, Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferable pithing 48 hours of appointment.

Online Product Sales: Due to the nature of our products all sales are final, refunds and exchanges cannot be completed after items has been purchased. For more info you can contact us at

Giftcards, Gift Certificates and eGiftcards: Terms And Conditions: eGiftcards and Giftcards are non-refunable and non-transferrable. All Ugo Artistry issued eGiftcards, Giftcards or Gift Certificates expire 3 years after activation date. A dormancy fee of 50% is applied to gift cards for every 12 months of inactivity diminishing the value to $0 at 3 years of abandoment.

Liability: All brushes, makeup and skin care products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between EVERY client. Makeup and skin care products that are used cater to all skin types and skin tones and are suitable for sensitive skin. Any skin condition MUST be reported to the Makeup Artist prior to application and, if needed, a patch test will be performed for any skin sensitivities. Due to our intimate environment we ask that guest who are receiving services come without extra guest. 

Client(s) agree to release the Makeup Artist/Esthetician, Chidimma Ekwem, Ugo Artistry L.L.C, Ugo Beauty & Artistry and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Use of Image: Ugo Artistry, Ugo Beauty & Artistry  or any representatives or agents affiliated with Ugo Artistry, LLC may use client(s) photos and/or videos on it's website or any social media platforms, flyers, brochures or any advertising it deems necessary. This includes any and all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by  Ugo Artistry L.L.C, Ugo Beauty & Artistry and any and all of it's representatives and agents. Client(s) agree to release all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographer and/or videographers used for recording any event for which the Makeup Artist/Esthetician has been contacted to do makeup or skin care services.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Makeup/Esthetician services will be completed to the client's satisfaction. Acceptance of completed application by client is acknowledgment by client that application is done to his/her satisfaction.

Delays: If client is 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment appointment is canceled. 

Cancellations: Ugo Artistry understands that things happen please give a 24 hour notice if scheduled appointment needs to be canceled and/or rescheduled. Same day cancellation may result in payment of %50 of the schedule service fee. No call/No shows will result in client responsible for 100% of service fee. Appointments must be cancelled by clients before 24 hours, appointments not cancelled will be subjected to cancellation and no show fees.
